Petzl Recalls TRAC CLUB Trolleys Due to Risk of Falling and Death
Immediately stop using the products affected by this recall.

Dear Petzl Customers:
Petzl is recalling all TRAC CLUB trolleys model numbers P023AB00 (trolley sold individually) and P023AB01 (trolleys sold in pack of 5) due to a breakage risk of the black rear plate that could cause a fatal fall. The affected trolleys were sold from January 25, 2021, with serial numbers 20L0295396 through and including 22A0382018.
Please read the recall notice and immediately follow these instructions:
1. If you are a reseller:
a. stop using and selling the TRAC CLUB trolleys;
b. quarantine the affected trolleys;
c. contact Petzl for a full refund, including a postage-paid label to return the recalled trolleys;
d. communicate this recall information to your customers; and
e. display the attached recall poster in a highly visible location within your store for a period of no less than 120 days.
2. If you are a user:
a. stop using TRAC CLUB trolleys;
b. quarantine the affected trolleys;
c. contact Petzl for a full refund, including a postage-paid label to return the recalled trolleys; and
d. communicate this recall information to your colleagues.
