Andrew Miller - VP of New Business Development

Industry Experience
I have more than 20 years in the adventure industry having worked as a private guide, photographer, outdoor educator, and as an administrator for a comprehensive, university-based outdoor education center. In 2011, I joined the team at Challenge Towers where I specialized in challenge course and aerial park design, development, and installation management. Since 2015, I have served as COO for Aerial Adventure Tech working alongside the AAT team to build the best online resource for our industry. As a key member of the leadership team, I provide oversight and direction to our family of companies and am responsible for driving brand and marketing strategies for Challenge Towers and Aerial Adventure Tech.

Professional Highlight
Leading backcountry expeditions in Alaska and New Zealand, exploring caves throughout the Southeast, and mountain guiding in the American West.

Alicia Green - Media & Events Manager

Industry Experience
I was introduced to the aerial adventure world through program facilitation in college at Appalachian State University in 2008. Since then I have led numerous high and low courses, was part of a team that commissioned a commercial park in 2015, and currently, direct the marketing strategy for four unique companies. My professional expertise reaches into commercial photography and videography, website design and consultation, social media management, graphic design, project management, customer service, brand development and event management, in addition to a six year military career in the U.S. Navy.

Professional Highlight
During the 2018 World Climbing Championship in Innsbruck, Austria I got the chance to meet Adam Ondra, Jan Hoyer, Chon Jongwon, Alex Megos, and Margo Hayes among others.

What’s Next on the Adventure To-Do List?
Ride the single track in the Pisgah National Forest and introduce my toddler to the joys of snowboarding!


Heather Mitchell - Global Sales Manager for Perfect Descent Climbing Systems

Professional Highlight
My first week on the job I survived the ACCT Conference in Palm Springs, CA! I’ve also been really excited about my involvement in broadening our network of Perfect Descent resellers and look forward to expanding AAT’s presence in the aerial adventure market.

Industry Experience
While I’m making my debut in the aerial adventure world, I’ve worked in the outdoor recreation industry in North Carolina for 12 years in various capacities. When I'm not in the office, I occasionally moonlight as a whitewater rafting guide and volunteer ski patroller.

What’s Next on the Adventure To-Do List?
In the near future, explore local trails with my baby girl! In the not-too-distant future, raft the Grand Canyon with my husband.


Alex Cox - Technical Sales Representative and Logistics Coordinator

Industry Experience
I have been involved in the outdoor/recreation industry since 2008 when I started by facilitating low and high ropes programs and leading backcountry trips through East Tennessee State University. After graduation, I worked for a commercial recreation company and helped manage the day-to-day operations of a canopy tour and adventure park, in addition to raft guiding and stand up paddle (SUP) boarding instruction. Since 2016, I have worked with Aerial Adventure Tech providing customer sales and support for our expansive general equipment selections.

Professional Highlight
Leading a group of students on a multi-day backpacking expedition through the Chihuahuan desert in Big Bend National Park. I’m a firm believer that everything in the desert is prickly and dangerous.

What's Next on the Adventure To-Do List?
Continue to explore and find beautiful fish in beautiful places.


Holly Cosby - Technical Sales and Support Representative

Industry Experience
With a background in Environmental Science and a career start in corporate sustainability, it was the pure desire to combine work with play that led me to the outdoor adventure industry. The bulk of my industry experience lies within the ziplining and canyoneering fields. I spent several years managing a commercial adventure company, growing my expertise in the training, inspection, and logistics realms. As a Petzl PPE Inspection Competent Person, I’m passionate about the thorough inspection of gear in the at-height world and have inspected zipline courses and aerial adventure parks around the country.

Professional Highlight
Professionally, I’ve taken the most pride in being a key partner in developing and implementing a new canyoneering program at a commercial recreation facility in the Southeast.

What’s Next on the Adventure to-do List?
Exploring and rappelling more dry canyons out west. And maybe even convincing myself that building a singletrack in my backyard is a good idea.
