Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a refund, your item must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase, be unused in its original packaging, possess a manufacturer defect, or have backordered status. All refunds are transmitted via the original method of payment.
Items in like new condition that do not qualify for a refund, may be accepted in exchange for store credit at AAT's discretion.A restocking fee or other similar charges may be deducted from the total credit value.Once issued, credit can be used to purchase any product offered by AAT for a period of 24 months.
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and fees for any return or exchange.

Return Exceptions
Orders for custom items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, nor can items that have been opened and/or had the original packaging and documentation altered or removed. These include many soft goods, climbing harnesses, carabiners, and other equipment that are typically used in life-critical applications.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
