Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy


Repairs

In some cases, AAT may be able to repair or coordinate the repair and/or recertification of your product. Contact us to discuss your options.

Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a refund of your original purchase price, your item must be in its original unused condition, posses a manufacturer defect, or have back-ordered status. All refunds are transmitted via the original method of payment. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase or cancel back-ordered items prior to shipment.

If your item is in like new condition, we will accept it in exchange for store credit in the amount of your original purchase price. This credit can be used to purchase any product from AAT for a 24-month period following issuance of the credit.

All refunds and exchange credit exclude shipping cost.

To return your item:

1. Use the contact page to request a return and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned if opened and/or if the original packaging and documentation has been altered or removed. These include many soft goods, climbing harnesses, carabineers, and other equipment that is typically used in life critical applications.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
