BelaySAFE Belay Assist Device

BelaySAFE, the first friction adjustable belay assist device, reduces the risk of falls by controlling descent speed, regardless of whether the belayer has full control of the rope. Easily mounted to existing anchors, BelaySAFE securely replaces your gym's top-rope anchor point and integrates seamlessly with existing belay procedures.

Integrated one-way pulleys use pivoting cams to resist counter-rotation and apply resistance on the rope, allowing lighter belayers to confidently manage heavier climbers without assistance. BelaySAFE is designed for compliance with EN 15151-2 and UIAA 129 standards for belay devices and can be calibrated for use with a wide range of 9.5-11mm dynamic ropes.
