Shipping & Delivery Policy


We do our best to get orders out the same day they are received and in most cases no more than 48 hours of order confirmation, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Individual product pages will note any exceptions to shipping timeframe. Orders received that after regular business hours will be processed the next business day. We are dedicated to getting you order right the first time and to its destination as quickly as possible. Need something in a rush? When available, we will provide you with tracking information and estimated delivery dates. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances can cause delays and we may contact you with updates.

If a tracking or PRO # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information so you have the most current information in your inbox about your order.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, the number of parcels contained in your order, and your proximity to the fulfillment center. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of your order including shipping. While we try to provide accurate availability status for our products, orders may from time-to-time contain items that are not available. When this happens, AAT will contact your directly to review your options and provide regular updates until the back-order is resolved. In most cases that happens quickly and the items are received several days behind schedule. You can request to cancel back-ordered items (excluding custom and special orders) anytime prior to shipment and receive a refund. Contact us with your questions.
