Holds per side: 1 comfy jug, 1 pad dished sloper, 1/2 pad rounded edge slot (so feels a little slopey), full pad 2-finger pocket, full pad rounded edge slot (so feels a little slopey), 1/2 pad flat slot, 1/4 pad flat slot.
Hardware Included you will receive 14x screws in a couple of sizes as the top screws need to be longer than the bottom screws.
Mounting note: This board does not come with a mounting system but it's pretty easy to build one. When mounting a hangboard make sure to anchor into studs. You can use a backing board and then screw this hangboard to that. Consult an expert for help and make sure your board is well mounted!
